Mr. Thomas Bender

Latin Teachertbenderstmaryes.orgMr. Bender taught for thirty five years in both public and private schools after spending ten years in music performance which took him to Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe, Hawaii, Canada, Goose Bay Labrador as well as three trips to Europe.
He has a BA in Classics from the University of Scranton (Advanced Placement) and a BA in Music Ed (summa cum laude) from Rowan University. He also holds Certification in Special Education from Jersey City State University.He and his wife are the parents of four boys, two of whom attended Mater Dei Prep. He and his wife Janet maintain an active music studio here in Middletown.
He is proud to be a member of the faculty of St. Mary’s.
